Vexten is a technical assistance tool for electrical industry professionals.

Informational Nature: Load balancing, voltage drop, and protection sizing calculations are based on interpretations of NEC and IEC standards. These results are indicative and serve as a technical guide.
Professional Responsibility: Using this application does not replace the judgment, seal, or detailed calculation of a certified Engineer or Technician. We strongly recommend independently verifying results prior to any site execution.
Safety: Handling electrical systems involves mortal risks. Vexten and its developer assume no liability for material, personal, or legal damages resulting from data misinterpretation or negligent execution by the user.
License: The application is delivered in its current state of development as a technical assistance utility, exempt from implicit or explicit guarantees of infallibility. The maximum liability of the developer for any claim shall be strictly limited to the free download price ($0). It is the user’s sole responsibility to verify that all calculations comply with local electrical codes before practical execution.

2. PRIVACY POLICY

Vexten respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Data Collected: Vexten collects anonymous usage data (calculators used, features visited) via Firebase Analytics to improve product experience. We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or personally identifiable information.
Local Storage: Projects, inspections, and configurations are stored exclusively on your device. Vexten does not transmit, synchronize, or store your engineering data on external servers.
Permissions: The application may request access to the camera (to document inspections and light measurement tools) and device location or GPS (required locally by solar energy calculators to determine optimal tilt angle). All processes run locally on your device and permissions are completely optional.
Sponsors & Advertising: Vexten operates under a “local-first” architecture: all your projects, panel designs, calculation notes, and inspection photos are stored exclusively in your device’s local memory and are never uploaded to external servers or the cloud. For sponsor placement, the system makes a geolocation query based solely on your IP address. This query uses minimal bandwidth, is strictly temporary and anonymous, and retains no logs of your location or identity.
Links & Contact: Sponsored banners and ads may redirect to external communication channels (such as WhatsApp) or advertiser websites. Vexten has no control over external link content, which is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
